Hello – Bonjour !

My name is Allégra Joanna Mbwetshangol, and I am the creator of this blog. I am Congolese (DRC). I wanted to start this blog by making a small biography.

I have always loved reading and writing. I guess that is what we can call “passion” or “gift” because that is what I used to do and still do without making a lot of effort. 

It has been more than a year now since I wanted to start a blog to post some of my exhortations on what the Holy Spirit tells me when I read the Bible. I wanted more people to read what I write because I am sure that a lot of people can and would be touched by what the Lord says through me.

An important thing to know : I am bilingual. I speak French and also English. Therefore, some of my texts are in French and others in English. I prefer letting the Holy Spirit inspire me in the language He wants me to write something. I think He knows why for some texts He speaks to me in French and others in English. (I still can translate them for anyone asks me privately.)

I want to end this biography by a reminder. I want you to always remember that this blog is for the glory of our savior Jesus-Christ only. I may write, but the one who inspires is Him. I am an useless instrument that He uses by His grace. May God bless you all, I can’t wait for you to read me !

PS : May my age not be a problem to you because the Bible says in 1 Timothy 4:12 (ERV) “You are young, but don’t let anyone treat you as if you are not important. Be an example to show the believers how they should live. Show them by what you say, by the way you live, by your love, by your faith, and by your pure life.”

Je m’appelle Allégra Joanna Mbwetshangol et je suis la créatrice de ce blog. Je suis congolaise (RDC). Je voulais commencer ce blog en faisant une petite biographie.

J’ai toujours aimé la lecture et l’écriture. J’imagine que c’est ce qu’on appelle “passion” ou “don” parce que c’est ce que j’ai toujours fait et continue à faire sans fournir beaucoup d’efforts.

Cela fait plus d’un an maintenant que je pense à commencer un blog qui me servirait à poster mes exhortations sur ce que m’inspire le Saint Esprit lorsque je lis la Bible. Je voulais élargir mon audience parce que je suis sûre que beaucoup plus de personnes peuvent et seront touchées par ce que le Seigneur dit par moi. 

Une chose importante à savoir : je suis bilingue. Je parle anglais et français. De ce fait, certains de mes textes peuvent être soit en français ou en anglais. Lorsque j’écris, je préfère laisser au Saint Esprit le contrôle de tout et même de la langue que j’utilise parce que je suis sûre qu’Il sait pourquoi Il me parle en cette langue. (Je peux cependant traduire mes textes pour ceux qui me le demandent en privé.)

Je terminerai avec un petit rappel. J’aimerai rappeler que le but de ce blog est de rendre gloire à notre sauveur Jésus-Christ et à lui seul. Je peux écrire, mais celui qui m’inspire c’est Lui. Je ne suis qu’un instrument inutile qu’Il utilise par sa grâce. Que Dieu vous bénisse tous, j’ai très hâte que vous puissiez me lire ! 

PS : Que mon âge ne vous trompe ou refroidisse pas car la Bible dit dans 1 Timothée‬ ‭4:12‬ (‭PDV‬‬) “Personne ne doit te mépriser parce que tu es jeune. Mais toi, montre l’exemple aux croyants, par tes paroles, ta vie, ton amour, ta foi, ta pureté.”
